We created the PTERODON Help Desk to allow people to contact PTERODON employees without difficulties. The PTERODON Help Desk may be used for troubleshooting, job demands and support for people who are experiencing technical difficulties with their PTERODON game products. When submitting your message to the PTERODON employees, please make sure that you have selected the appropriate topic and that you have written down a subject that suits the message content. In the message subject, you will need to write down a detailed explanation of your request. If you are experiencing technical difficulties with your PTERODON game product, then please write down your system configuration and your PTERODON game product version to help us determine your difficulties. System information may be obtained by running the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, and may be sent through the PTERODON Upload Centre. Employees of PTERODON will respond to sent messages in a matter of two working days. Please note that unknown e-mail addresses will be verified by an automated e-mail first. Best regards, PTERODON |
